Showcase Series – testRigor
Greetings from TAF! Welcome to our Showcase session! In the 16th session, it was a great pleasure to showcase testRigor, a GenAI powered functional testing platform that can help you accelerate your automation for Web, Mobile, Desktop and API based apps. Optimizing Testing in the Agile Era by leveraging the power of Generating AI: Accelerating Speed with Quality In today’s fast-paced DevOps/Agile world, achieving 100% test coverage within short sprint cycles can be challenging. GTM speed is crucial for enterprise applications, but it should not compromise quality. Prioritizing Risk-Based Testing and leveraging automation are key strategies to ensure adequate coverage within limited timeframes. Additionally, integrating testing earlier in the development process (Shift-Left Testing) helps identify and fix bugs sooner. Cloud-based testing platforms further streamline the process by enabling parallel testing across multiple browsers and devices. By leveraging the power of emerging technologies like GenAI in futuristic Test Automation tools, QA teams can achieve a more efficient and effective testing process, delivering high-quality applications that meet GTM deadlines, even for very complex applications that use AI and other technology integrations. In this session, we showcased such a futuristic platform, called testRigor, which has become a popular Automation platform because of its versatility and ease of use. testRigor works well in Agile development environments, enabling rapid automation and the maintenance effort can be saved significantly as well. TestRigor tests are in plain English, allowing your manual QA team to build, maintain, and update the test cases very easily. Below are some of the unique features/capabilities of testRigor on why should you consider it: How is testRigor different? One platform for almost all layers of your app:build tests for web, mobile, desktop, and API. Create tests faster compared to Selenium by leveraging GenAI (15X or more speed). Minimal time and effort on test maintenance. How testRigor delivers value: Convert your existing workforce from manual testers to test automation engineers. Scale test coverage with minimal maintenance overhead. Get 10x fewer bugs missed to production within months. Deliver higher quality releases faster and with less time spent on regression testing. Plain English Tests Use plain English to create tests fast, and reduce maintenance significantly. Forget about dealing with the page HTML structure: refer to any elements from the end-users perspective. Anyone on the team can easily understand and expand tests (e.g.: add more assertions) Adaptable Adapt to ever-changing functionality is as simple as using find and replace feature. Tests survive UI tweaks, UI framework changes, and even underlying architecture migrations. Stable testRigor automatically addresses all sources of test flakiness, namely: DOM-change-related instability Infrastructure-related instability Page-load related instability Great discussion with testRigor! It was a pleasure to chat with Artem Golubev, CEO at testRigor. We were particularly impressed by his insights on how GenAI is revolutionizing the test automation space in the software Industry. We’re excited to see how testRigor continues to innovate in the testing space! Watch the full video here (duration: ~42 mins): https://youtu.be/-Oq8FJoY0Y0 Our sincere thanks to Artem for his valuable time and for such an amazing session. Best wishes to the entire testRigor team on their journey from here!
